Using WebStudio on Multiple Screens Simultaneously

At a glance

The community member is looking for a way to use Webstudio on two screens simultaneously, as they constantly receive the "You are currently in single-player mode" error when trying to edit the project in different tabs or browsers. Another community member suggests that the goal is to have a setup with design mode on one screen and preview on the other, to see how the design matches across different pages.

The comments indicate that collaboration and multi-tab editing are on the roadmap for Webstudio, but are not currently possible. There is no explicitly marked answer in the provided information.

is there a better way to use webstudio on two screens at the same time than by creating a second free account and use an admin link with that account in browser in private mode?
I constantly get the: You are currently in single-player mode. The project has been edited in a different tab, browser, or by another user. Please reload the page to get the latest version.
How to change that?

@Mihu , you're trying to edit the site while logged into it two times? Can you explain what your goal is? Might have some ideas if I understand what you're asking.
I am used to working on two screens, code on the left and preview on the right and now in Webstudio I like to have a similar setup: design mode on the left and the preview on the right screen, and on the right I usually go to other pages to see how the slots look to see if the design matches both at the same time. Hope that helps πŸ™‚
Collaboration + multi tab editing is on roadmap. Not possible at the moment.
