Largest Contentful Paint element on Plain text

I am wondering what's the solve for small hero text piece

Hero text is on top of the page, causes LCP performance issue
Using custom font, uploaded in WebStudio as WOFF.

Avoided using a video in hero section just to not compromise on performance, but a plain heading text is causing this too and I am unsure what am i missing
